Are the rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights sufficient for a future with XR?

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is summarized in many places, including here: Universal Declaration of Human Rights - Amnesty International

Are the 30 articles sufficient to ensure our XR-powered lives are acceptably human-centered and ethical?

If yes, should any be reworded or further clarified?

If not, what new rights should be added?

I’m very fond of the right to participate in scientific advancement (Art. 27), which hasn’t been the subject of much interpretation, but could potentially be used to argue for a right to access the Internet and, depending on how we analogize XR to the physical world, XR equipment.
